No offline music available (plus constant crashing)

Recently I was in a location without cell service or wifi. I went to my "downloads" to see my albums i've downloaded. I can see them just fine, but when i drill down to the track list, it never loads.  And today, my server had issues and went offline, and the Emby app would not even open.  Add to that the constant android crashing.. How can i make the emby android app more usable?

Any update? Still happening. Also, Emby app crashes almost regularly. I cannot usually get through a full album anymore.  And i used to be able to turn off my car (bluetooth to the car audio), then turn back on 5 minutes later and Emby would resume where i had left off. Now i find the app has crashed (big surprise) and i have to re-login and find the artist/album i was listening to last.
