Several Users arent seeing all Media

Hi there,

a few days ago I saw in my emby installation that several users aren't seeing all media. Example in my DB would be House of Dragon, I can see the Media inside the DB, but my Dad who has his own user not. Also I tried some dummy user, and for them, the show is also not displayed in the DB, not sure if there are any other Shows/Movies with this behaviour.

Already tried to delete the User where the show is missing from Emby, but its still not working. The Access permission to the path is the same as to any other media... has anyone experienced something like that?

Are there any access or parental controls set you the users?

You could try toggling access and parental controls on the users with issue.
