Playback freezing

I recently moved Emby server from a linux machine that was installed via deb to unraid docker.  I ran a backup on the old setup and restore the emby backup on the new one.  I updated the library paths and everything seems fine.  Until I playback any Dolby Vision/DTS content.  These issues did not exist before moving it.  Within a few secs, playback freezes for a few secs and starts up again.  There is no spinning image, just freezes.  The client is an Nvidia Shield.  I have no other devices that support dolby vision so I cannot test on others.  My network is hardwired and it goes, Unraid Server -> hub -> Nvidia Shield.  Everything is reporting connected at gigabit and it is playing via direct play.  Log is attached.

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

Using nvidia shield. Is that app not what I’m using?

I am using Emby for Android TV.

I installed Emby for Android and same exact thing is happening but this time no audio with direct play
