Download Music to Windows Platform or Galaxy Watch?

Friends, 

Can someone explain to me why am I able to download a single mp3 to my local workstation in screen shot DL?

When I select multiple mp3s to download, the only option is to send to my S24ULTRA Android device. If I try to create a playlist, the same behavior have to select individual mp3s to download
vs. multiple mass download.

I would like be able to sync the mp3s I select from EMBY and send them over to my Android Galaxy Watch if that is an option?

Returning back to the original question, is this a EMBY restriction or design flaw?

Please advise and suggestions are welcome.

I have pretty much copied the mp3 directly to my phone and then sync with Samsung watch. 
Not sure if this is a bug or I am not understanding this correct where EMBY sends the data to for offline playing?

There isn't a dedicated option for sending tracks to the watch at this time, only to the device that is running the app.
