Temporarily uninstalling Emby but want to keep all my NFO files

I'm upgrading to DSM 7x from 6x, and to keep things simple I am just going to uninstall Emby and then do a fresh Emby for DSM 7 install when it is all done.

However, I do I want to keep all my NFO files, which I have generated for every video in my collection, so that the new Emby will just read them instead of generating new ones from the various movie and TV databases.

Will uninstalling Emby remove all these NFO's?

No as long as you have them saved with media otherwise, they don't exist and are database only.
