HI, that's strange. What model number do you have? What is the WebOS version?

Hiya,

I have the same issue as the OP, the guide grid isn't displaying, but the channel display programs are there - all the guide data shows up, just not in the guide grid.

One other minor issue, is the down chevron is no longer there, so cant dismiss the program "info". Have to exit out of the currently viewed program, and then re-launch.

Ok for PC-hosted, as just using the mouse will dismiss, but not on the LG. Screen cap below from PC, arrow showing missing chevron. Kinda irritating .. 🙂

Web OS 3.9.2-6270911

Software version 06.10.45

OK we'll take a look at it. Thanks for reporting.

I figured it out as to why the display went that way, I had gone into live tv and switched the channel display in guide to both, it caused the initial screen not to show on lg tv, switched it back to Image  and it displays correctly.

Ok that’s helpful. We’ll look into that. Thanks.

I think this issue is already resolved in our newer code. Can you please do a quick test on the LG using the LG web browser, and open up: http://app.emby.media

Do you see the issue with that?

Hi, what makes you think channel number is mandatory?

If I uncheck the Channel number the TV guide doesn't work like ripper.

But I dont need this because I display the TV logo Channel

Can you please show a screenshot example? Thanks.
