Unable to download content to watch locally.

Despite numerous attempts I unable to successfully download movies/tv series to my google pixel 8 pro. All software is up to date both on my phone and my Asustor NAS. It converts the file ok but does not download to my device it just sits there waiting to transfer. I have tried all of the suggested from the other feeds but nothing seems to work. This was one of the reasons that I purchased the emby premium. From what I understand this problem has been ongoing for quite some time now and cant understand why this has not been rectified already.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @smyveeeis the Emby app running on the pixel when you try to do this? 

Does it have sufficient free space?

Hi Luke yes it is the pixel I am running it on. I have 149gb of free space. I tried totally removing the app and starting again and ironically it worked for the first couple of films I tried, but now we are back to the 'waiting to transfer' status. It's really strange and I can't see anyway to force the transfer to my phone?
