external subtitles not display in my nikai smart tv

this my first time here ,

 

so first thanxs for this program programer and developer

 

and i have problem when I display  movies it works ok , but there is no subtitles display on my smart tv , it is an external subtitles file".srt"

 

so is the problem in my tv device or there are some setting i have to make it to display external subtitles . my smart tv is nikai

There does appear to be a few issues with subtitles. The next Android update will try to address some of those issues
