[HELPP!] No playable items were found

All my new downloads are just getting a empty map in the dashboard after media scan, they have the same read write permissions as the folders working. I can see in the logs that its scanning:

 

 

But in my dashboard it looks like this:

There is not permission issues, im out of ideas. Metadata update wont help either.

Please help!

Please post the full server log as that snipped only shows RTM sees the file change and will be refreshed.  It does not show any file actually being probed for media info or getting metadata.

I think i found the issue there was a very long file which emby got stuck on during the scan library files, i removed it now and it seems its scanning everything.

Yeah there was a file causing the scanning to just stop on that file, maybe it was corrupt or something or to long name? I dont know however now everything is back in order. I was able to see it in the log timestamps that it did not go any further than that file. Maybe introduce a timeout function which skips the file if it takes to long time? 30 seconds?
