PgUp and PgDwn no longer advance chapters

Just noticed a new problem.  When watching a movie or recorded TV show, PgUp and PgDwn have historically advanced to the next or previous chapter in the video.  Now these keys advance to the next or previous episode.  The keyboard mapping help still indicates that they should advance chapters, so I'm wondering if this is something recently broken.  Anyone else seeing this different behavior?

Hi, this should be resolved with the 4.9 beta server. We are looking into backporting the fix into 4.8. Thanks.
