Refresh MetaData for Recording folder. API cmd in windows

im working on script that cleans up the recording folder. before it can clean up the empty folders it needs to remove all metadata in the folders. i would like to run a curl cmd with api key from windows cmd prompt to refresh metadata the same as if i selected it (without updating current Images).

ive been looking threw swagger api and it a bit overwhelming. i have few cmds so far like shutdown restart refresh guide.

i found on swagger docs. but i had to remove the -D ''
