Problems with application

Hello, first of all I apologize if there are writing errors but I am Portuguese and I am translating into English.

I've been using the LG TV app for a long time, but today the television said there was an update and I accepted it.  Since I updated, the application has been loading forever without progressing.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now it freezes when loading the PIN login page.

Thanks for the answer, but in the meantime I noticed that the same thing was happening on other devices and a friend said he was also unable to access them. But it's now resolved, thank you!
