Hey some of my family are not getting thumbnails is there a fix plz?

Hi, it looks like your family may be experiencing the issue where images fail to load if their Android TV client is connecting with an IPv6 address. You can confirm this via your server dashboard when they are connected and playing something, or via the Devices page (with 'IP Address' field displayed)

 

 

 

 

You can resolve this by asking your family to install the standard Android app on their TV device by searching for 'Emby for Android' in the app store and see how that compares.
