If emby is the active window, while playing something either the volume slowly goes down on it's own, or it's acting as though i'm rewinding when i'm not

short gyazo clip of the volume moving on it's own...

I've done a new install of latest server from website today (ver 4.8.8.8) , done a repair install / over install of latest win 11 via iso mount (win 11 pro 23h2 build 22631.3737), updated all drivers. PC is under a year old custom build and keyboard is under 3 mo's old.
Every other single window does NOT act as though i'm pressing back or escape or left arrow.. it is all normal everywhere EXCEPT when on emby window

Link above to short gyazo screen recording showing it "rewind" seeking - when it's actually playing along just fine...
Volume goes down the same if volume was the last active thing i had touched... same counter type speed 99,98,97....
MOST annoying
Any ideas?
As i said, the keyboard does not seem to affect ANY other windows/documents/sites... it acts as normal, no changes to selections, where i'm typing etc etc...
Firefox 127.0.2 is where i play everything (default)

Same thing when i go to a folder (EG Audio books) and choose to select FOLDER view instead of suggestions... It pops right back to suggestions  UGH
Same when i select an item - it jumps back a view...

another short video clip of the behavior
This is driving me batty.
If Emby window is NOT in focus, there's no issues, only when it's the active/in focus window.

Just tried in Chrome and Edge, same behavior in all settings if emby is the in focus window.
Any ideas!? i'm beside myself :( As i say... everywhere else, there's no sign of any issues of a "key being depressed"
I've cleaned keyboard w can of air and it's new (hardwired)... pc is relatively new and repair installed today as a precaution.. just ugh lol
Makes it very hard for me to be able to walk away with wireless headset on - pause and come back to it because it will be an hour earlier or sound is gone :(

Do you have any game controllers attached to the system?

There are other topics but can only guess related.

OMGosh i never thought of that because I so rarely play! Yes, there was a controller connected, and sitting at the back edge of my desk and a bag of pretzle rods on it HAHAHHA
Took the bag off and back to emby and problem solved!!!! THANK YOU
Unplugged the controller and will plug in if needed hehe :)
I can't believe I was considering a full format when it was that simple! lolol
THANK YOU!
