How to Add and Access External HTML Files in Emby?

Hello everyone,

I am currently facing an issue and would appreciate your assistance. I have an HTML file exported from WeChat chat history that I want to add to Emby as a link, so that it can be easily accessed and viewed from the Emby interface. Here is what I have tried so far without success:

• Attempting to Add HTML File Directly in the Media Library: Found that Emby does not recognize and display HTML files directly.
• Using Custom CSS and JavaScript Plugin: Tried to add a custom link in the sidebar but failed to achieve the desired effect.

Here are my specific requirements:

• Objective: Add a link in Emby's left sidebar menu that, when clicked, opens an external HTML file.
• File Hosting: The HTML file and related resources (images, videos) are already hosted on Synology NAS's Web Station and can be accessed via a direct URL.
• Implementation: Preferably through built-in Emby features or plugins to ensure ease of operation and good user experience.
