Malemby19 1 Posted June 25, 2024 Posted June 25, 2024 Hi Everyone, Today I migrated Emby over from an old Dell server to an i5 intel nuc. I used the backup and restore plugin it's all gone quite well. Until I try and play a movie, it comes up with No compatible streams Available please try again later or contact your administrator. It won't play them locally either and displays the same error message. I know it's not the media as it's been fine for years. Emby seems to have access to the NAS drives it shows the media but can't play it. I've tried refreshing the Meta Data but that doesn't work. I've rescanned the Library as well the Nuc is running Windows 11. I've also tried running Emby as administrator. I'm a bit lost at then moment. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Malemby19 1 Posted June 25, 2024 Author Posted June 25, 2024 I think it's the Library, I've made a test one and it works so going to delete them all and recreate them,
rbjtech 5284 Posted June 25, 2024 Posted June 25, 2024 if the items are listed ok, you may just need to Refresh the library - do both a Scan media library and Scan metadata folder.

I added a test film and it worked, it had something to do with the libraries. I've just added them all back and its working again. Thank you 1
