How do you not know the address of your own server? Are you able to use the server web interface? (The same web interface that you set it up with).

Quote Has someone invited you to their server? ...using the login credentials supplied by your Emby server administrator Only the owner of the server can help you here. Emby the company does not store information of users created on personal servers. Ask the server admin to re-link your Emby Connect email address to the user account on their server.
