Are you still Watching? keeps showing

After i have watched a few episodes, the 'Are you still watching?' message appears and if you click 'Yes' it just keeps appearing after about 10 seconds.

Surley there shoudl be a time out conter so when you click yes it resets?

I think it is when you have used the 'Watch next episode' as I have been watching the same series, but if I go out of the series and back in then it seems to reset the timer.
