Cannot connect to server

Here recently I randomly get sent to log in page on embay app  and go to sign into Vchain  I get an error user name and password invalid. And when I go to forgot password it says a file has been created on you server and contains instructions on how to proceed and a link password reset.txt and sends me  to a server data folder in embay   Which gets me nowhere
