URL rewriting

Hi, I have my Emby server with a domain that links to it and my concern is that I want my URL to look shorter i.e. the URL looks like this https://mydomain.com/web/index.html#!/home
And I wish you would see something like this shorter https://mydomain.com/home
How can I achieve this with the EMBY server?

I would set up a reverse proxy.

And then make a sub domain.

movieserver.mydomain.com

Caddy server is probably the easiest reverse proxy to use  https://caddyserver.com/
