Plugin Changelogs

Is there a changelog for XMLTV and/or M3U TV Tuner Plugins?

I'm waiting for a specific fix thats a bit of a pain in the butt for me to test so I'd like to watch the changelogs if possible.  Is there somewhere that I can see changes for each version?

There isn't one but has been brought up before as updates don't always have reasons or generic Compatibility update.

Actually, looks like the catalog shows some info as it does not shown with the update on the dashboard.
