Download stuck at ready to transfer

Same here, it has been 4 years that I'm using emby and post of the app is great but we still have the download problem... 

If it can help, There's some more details:

My server is on a Debian VM, no problem with the streaming on pc, Android or ios. 

But the download from an Android device is a real pain.

The server's showing "ready to transfer" but it simply doesn't start or will start in a random delay, some (rare) times it starts directly, the rest of the time it starts like hours later...

Restarting the app, the server or the destination device doen't seem to solve the issue. 

Same issue with converted media or original files. 

I've tryed the beta version of the app and same issue... 

Do you know if there is something I can do to fix it on my server or do you know when will it be fixed ?
