Could someone please tell me how to cancel my account

Quick Start are you using you own server or someone's else's server ? 

If its your server

billingsupport@emby.media should take care of it.

If someone's else's tell them and read Quick Start why.

He’s probably use some illegal share and thinks emby provides the media.
