thegreatfalcon5 0 Posted June 20, 2024 Posted June 20, 2024 (edited) Good day, I have searched many pages for a solution but can't seem to find anything useful. I am trying to watch a series with 5.1 sound. My sound interface is stereo and I don't have any surround device plugged in. However, emby defaults to 5.1 audio for any quality other than 480p/320kps. This is rather annoying by itself since this gives potato quality video... I can't seem to find any setting that I could change to force downmixing/using only stereo track. It could be mono for all I care. Thanks! Edit: Listening in Firefox on macOS (M1Max) with server running on Ubuntu Intel x86 CPU. Edited June 20, 2024 by thegreatfalcon5
