pve78 3 Posted June 18, 2024 Posted June 18, 2024 Running Emby on TrueNAS, latest version. I havea file: /media/Radio/station.strm (The library type was music) Inside the strm file is one URL, that url works when opening in a browser but not in emby. I get "No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details."
Happy2Play 9781 Posted June 18, 2024 Posted June 18, 2024 Probably need to see the server log also. https://emby.media/support/articles/Strm-Files.html
Luke 42080 Posted June 18, 2024 Posted June 18, 2024 Hi there, let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks!
Happy2Play 9781 Posted June 18, 2024 Posted June 18, 2024 Wasn't even sure Music library even supported STRM but as quick test dropping a streaming station into a STRM worked without issue.

pve78 3 Posted June 18, 2024 Author Posted June 18, 2024 I think it's due to the way the provider is streaming it, it looks like it's breaking up the songs/segments into 30 second streams.
Luke 42080 Posted June 18, 2024 Posted June 18, 2024 Hi please attach the complete Emby server log. Thanks.
