Emby No Longer Generating Playlist Thumb Image

New install of Emby Server 4.8.8.0. All was working fine, all the auto generated thumb images worked fine. Playlists thumb was created and updated anytime I deleted as the playlist changed automatically. Once I did the "Manage Collaboration" on a Playlist between two accounts that have full administration the Playlist Thumb no longer is generated.

I have done the run Refresh Metadata (including replace all images) and the Run full Music Library scan. Rebooted the Emby Server as well as rebooting the machine. No Joy.

Like I said worked fine until I did the "Manage Collaboration" between two users.

Is there another way to trigger this Thumbnail creation? And where is the image stored?

Running twin Emby Servers on Windows 11 latest Build and a Emby test Server on Windows Server 2022. Both users are on the same server.

Are you talking about library or individual playlists?

Library was removed for parental controls issues.

• Don't generate images for playlist libraries

As for playlists pretty sure it is the same as here.

But testing in 4.8.8.0 it appears to work fine but took longer that I expected.

Talking about the Library Thumbnail on the Home Page. As far as the "Library was removed for parental controls issues." I have no restrictions set. All are over 60 here.

The Indvidual Playlist thumbs within for each playlist works fine.

Dev removed generating image for playlist library.  As users that have all the wonderful XXX stuff were having dynamic images created.  Since there is one image for all users this becomes a problem.

Right the easiest thing to do is just let it use the default with an icon or find your own playlist image that you like that can be used for the library.

You know I am talking about the "Music" Playlist image on the home page right, and that it was working fine until I did the "Manage Collaboration" on one of the playlists within the playlist page.

There is no such thing as Music Playlist image on Home Screen as Playlists library applies to all content types.  And If it has a image it was before dynamic was remove and may be struck as I tried to removing a couple times and a mystery image showing content not in folder anymore and had to delete in the api.

So if you are talking about the Playlists library in My Media it will no longer have a dynamic image per the other linked topics.
