'No compatible stream available'

Using Emby on iOS (app or browser) gives the error 'no compatible stream available'. It happens with most of the shows, but not all, and movies seem to work fine.

This used to work fine before.

Any ideas?

Sorry, forgot all about this. On my phone it seems to work (the things I have tested), on my wife's phone (same model) it gives the error with every shows she's trying to play.

Does your wife's account have transcoding disabled?

No, she uses the same account as me. I've reinstalled the app, though, and it seems to have fixed the issue (for the series that were tested, in any case). Will report back again in case of problems.
