Emby on QNAP, the theme song of the TV series

Remember that in the previous version, when you clicked on the TV series, the background music or theme song of the show would automatically load, why is it no longer there? Is it because I'm not setting it up correctly? I turned on Enable background music in the settings without effect, do you need plugin support

Do you have theme.mp3 in your TV show folder? 

If not, you can either place them manually or use Premium plugins:

I've given you links for both plugins, Movie Themes and TV Show Themes - what do you mean by what is the name? Have you tried clicking provided links?
