Yes the Plugin is again no longer working.

YT changed something "again" so we need to wait for a new fix.

I reinstalled the plugin with the new updated one but still not working

It's working fine by the looks of your logs. I've just looked at a chunk of your failing downloads and the failing ones are those that have been removed from YouTube so the stream is unavailable. The plugin uses themoviedb for its source of available trailers.

There is one thing you can do.

like @radeon said the plugin uses themoviedb to identify the movie and use those trailers.

BUT:

if you save you movie informations in NFO files, and you search for a trailer of the movie, and replace the link of the youtoube video in your NFO file, scan the library again and start the trailer download task.

It will respect the infos in the NFO, this is what i had to do for a lot movies to get the german trailer because TMDB has the infos in german but uses english trailers very often. So if the trailer recommended by TMDB is not available, replace it with one you find on youtube.

So maybe this helps you.
