Is there a way to trigger a library scan from the api?

I have custom software that downloads files and conditions them for emby.  It would be nice if my software could then trigger a library scan after it is finished.  Is this possible?

There are several topics on this but yes you can do an api call for that library.   API link at the bottom of the dashboard.
