Suddenly cannot connect over WiFi, works on mobile

Yesterday I suddenly lost the connection to the server over my home WiFi, but it works on mobile and my brothers WiFi. I haven’t made any updates or changes to router or app, it doesn’t work on any of my devices at home. What to do? I have a ASUS Zenwifi mesh network at home. I’m don’t have any network experience.
