Two issues with Emby - looking for some help

Afternoon all - I hope I've posted this in the right place/in the right way. I'm new here, so be gentle! 

I've recently installed Emby (premiere) on my TerraMaster NAS (f2-210) and it's running surprisingly brilliantly considering the relatively low power of the unit!

I'm having two issues though and was hoping you guys could lend me a hand: 

1) The server seems to stop itself spontaneously. I'm not sure how to find the right error logs for this, but every day or two, the server stops running and I have to manually restart it via the TNAS interface. It's a massive pain in the arse to be honest; especially when it happens when I'm out and about. The TNAS remote access isn't exactly brilliant. I can think of two solutions - either I identify why the server keeps stopping itself - but I have a suspicion that it's just because it overloads... Or I work out a way to instruct the TNAS to automatically restart the server if it detects that it's gone down. 

2) This is regarding the Emby app for Android - aware that I may have to post this elsewhere. On my SO's mobile app, it keeps randomly starting playing. The app can be 'closed', or an episode can be stopped or paused, and the phone can be locked - and then BAM, an episode of sex and the city boots up. We've tried reinstalling the app, clearing cached data - all the usual stuff - but I think it's a proper glitch. Happy to send over any log files you may need to ID the issue.

Hi, please try removing the playback reporting and statistics plugins, then restart the server and see how things compare. Thanks.

Roger that - I'll do that and report back.

Any thoughts on the android app issues? I've turned on logs so I can try and capture the moment it starts randomly playing.

I haven't heard of the app playing by itself before, but we'll do some testing to try and reproduce. Thanks.
