Problema con audio EAC3 5.1 en TV Samsung

Hola tengo problemas con los audios EAC3 5.1  el mi TV Samsung. La he actualizado a la última versión y he la he configurado de todo los modos, y ya no sé que hacer.

Not sure why this is in Feature request but what issue are you having?  Will assume this needs moved to Samsung TV section.

El problema que tengo, es que no se escucha ninguna película ni serie, que tenga el audio en EAC3 5.1 por los altavoces del TV ni por ningún equipo externo

So you are saying Emby is direct playing the media with EAC5.1 but get no audio?

Las películas o series que tienen audio (EAC3 5.1) y no se puedo cambiar, porque no tiene otra opción de audio, no se escucha el sonido.

Solo tengo problema con el formato EAC3 5.1

Los pasos que he seguido han sido:

Actualizar a la última versión (foto1)

La configuración que tengo puesta (foto2)

La pista de audio con la que tengo problemas (foto3)

Really don't know what the images are supposed to be showing us.

If I am understanding correctly, the client is direct playing EAC5.1 and get no sound so it should technically be transcoding to a different codec get sound?  

What is the TV model number?

La versión de la aplicación 1.8.3.

La configuración que tengo en el audio.

Y la pista de audiocon la que tengo problemas y no sé escucha
