Actor Images Empty Search

I have seen other posts about actor images but have not found what is close to my issue. This just started happening within the last 6 months or so.

I use Media Companion to get nfo data and all my images. All the actor's images are located in a folder and are all appearing in Media Companion.

In Emby, 95%+ of the actor images dont appear. If I try to search using the edit images for actors, no images appear from a search. 

For example: The movie "3 Days To Kill" stars Kevin Costner. His image dos not appear and no images appear in the search. Only one actor image appears for the entire cast. For some reason he appears and searching images for him does have results.

 

I have tried refreshing the metadata, rtried replacing missing images, deleted the people folders in the cache. 

This is not emergency type stuff jut weird that after years of using Emby in the exact same manner this would suddenly happen.

Hi, please try refreshing the metadata on the movie or series that they belong to and see if that helps.
