The Emby Server cannot save the people/cast information properly

I find the emby server can not save the information of people/cast properly。 let me show the the test case.

in the 1.png, we can see there is not a conflict folder in the people folder.  First, I search for a specific actor named 'Annie Hamilton;  then I click 'Edit Metadata', and the conflict shows. See the 4.png, we can find a conflict folder. Then, we try to 'Edit Images' or ‘Identity’ the information, but it doesn't work. And every operation will cause a new conflict folder. So, we can find 6 conflict folders.

And a special case, I tried to find another actor to check, as for 'Jared Harris', we can find a special string on the screen of 14.png, which indicates the location of the actor's information ("/volume2/Document/MediaInfos/metadata/People/J/Jared Harris"),  If that, we can change/save the picture and change information, it works. 

So, that means, the problem/bug is caused by the people's conflict. I don't know what happened and how to solve it.

BTW, the EMBY server has authorization to write/read these folders.

I can search and browse the image of actor(people) , but I can not save the image.

and it is so strange that there is a conflict folder generated in [MediaInfos/metadata] when I am trying to access the actor/people.

I really don't know what happened. I don't understand why and what it conflicted.

What happens if you rename the folder "People" to "people", so all lowercase?
