Login screen stuck on Emby logo after update to 4.8.8

When I started the iOS app I got an error:

So I updated to version 4.8.8.0.

1) I still get this error on iOS and can't enter the app

2) On the web I get a screen with Emby logo:

Hi, that's strange. Is your server using a reverse proxy? Have you setup SSL for your server?

No and no. 
And nothing changed except installing the new version.

attached are the log files.

when I open them I see version 4.7.11 but theQNAP  UI says it is 4.8.8:

Interesting as the only thing in those logs is continuous port mapper errors and nothing else that I noticed.  All 4 days.

These are all rollover logs have you tried restarting Emby?

When was the last time you restarted the QNAP?

Restarting the QNAP worked!!

Not sure if it is something with the major version update (4.7 to 4.8) but looks like similar has been reported, requiring Host Restart.  But glad you are up and running again.
