Unable to Open Series From Home Page

Hello all!

Been using emby for a while without issue (outside of a couple issues here and there). But recently a user let me know they were unable to open the series page from their home screen. I wasn't sure what they meant and looked at my Theater app and it was working as expected. But today I opened the app and it's doing what they explained to me:

 

So this image is showcasing the issue. Where ever you click on (title or episode or thumbnail), it will bring you to this specific episode whereas, in the past, I was able to hover (in this case "Outer Range") the title and click on it to open the whole series without opening a specific episode/season. Or I could hover the episode title below and open the specific episode.

I tried the web app and it was behaving as expected (added another photo to showcase this)

 

Not sure if this is a bug or an intentional change. Let me know thanks!

Both of those are very useful links, I sincerely hope that's just a glitch in current Theater version - though I've seen it reported for current standard Android app as well, so it might as well be (unwelcomed) system-wide change? @Luke

My version of ET is 3.0.21 and my user's version is 3.0.20

Only tested 3.0.20 but the overlay covers the options same as OP image above @Luke

Yes but overlay covers the links.  Technically needs raise on card and not cover secondary text.

Needed to change image size to match OP display.

And it does same in OP's screenshot, but that's just wider so it appears they're clicking on links while they're actually clicking on thumb - which naturally takes them to episode detail page, as if clicked anywhere else on the thumb.

With the current overlay issue the only way to jump to Series is context menu title link.

Looks like this has been resolved.

Edit resolved in Desktop still a issue in App Store.
