Transcoding Bar(s) - Server Settings & Video Controls - Color.

I've been playing around with loads of the CSS suggesions and I am really pleased at how far I've come and how great my server now looks, but I am stumped by one last change I'd like to make and I think it's related to sessionTranscodingProgress

I've found it in dashboard.css, but I change it and it makes no different whatsoever. 
I get that this CSS has !Important and probably needs hard code changes? 

I have themed my Web App to full on Red, but both bars are now red and I want to change the Transcode bar to Yellow (#FFFF00). 
Would like to change it to Red and Yellow on the Video Controls too if possible and if this could be done somehow in the Custom CSS, would be excellent.

This is the code I'm using to theme to Red...

Minor change to element making override the existing !important.

Probably not but would need to see exactly what you are referring to.
