"Emby" app on FireTV Appstore showing "Unavailable" on some devices

"Emby" showing unavailable but "Emby for Fire TV" works fine.

Any idea what might cause this on some Firestick devices?

Exactly what device?  We have not released it on old or underpowered ones.

Ah ok that's possible. Its a friend's device and they weren't sure what it was but told me it "wasn't that old".  Good to know though, that's probably why it's showing that way.
