Cannot reset password

Hi I forgot my admin password but when I reset the password following the instruction given, I cannot reset. I'm using Synology Emby. So I got the reset password txt file in SSH.

And I accidently set my other normal account to "Disable control media". So now I cannot control any of my content in Emby.

Could you help me on how to reset the password or let my normal account able to control other account. Thanks.

Hi Emby team,

This does not help since I know how to get the txt file. But the issue is when I use the link in the txt file and reset, it will tell me my password is removed and I can login with a blank password which I understand is don't key in anything in the password place. But after I use the account name "admin" and leave the password blank, I still cannot login.

I took a look of the link it just teaching how to use ssh to access the file. As I stated previously, I know how to ssh in synology to get the txt file for reset password. The issue is after I access the link and reset password, it did not reset.

After you accessed the link and reset password, what exactly did you do? Why do you feel that it did not reset?
