Hello Team,

 

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my subscription. I have subscribed, but the key has not been added to the server, and I have not received an email from you. Additionally, I am unable to retrieve the key using the "forgot key" option.

 

Please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

i have written the mail still no reply. and i have checked my entire mailbox i have not received any mail from emby regarding the key.

Issue resolved by emby team. thank you everyone. And please don't buy subscription from the Appstore or play store. buy it directly from emby website. so that you don't have to face this issue.

Because it must be per app store rules.  But, depending on the network environment at the time you make the purchase, there could be a problem notifying us about the subscription purchase but the purchase will still go through in the store.

Also, it is cheaper if you purchase from our web site because we don't have to shell out a big chunk to Apple, Amazon, Google, etc.
