Premiere license and Android TV

Hi there,

I recently (re)purchased my Premiere key - I cancelled for a while as my PC needed some serious work. I have the Emby app on my Android TV (Xiaomi box) but it's still telling me I have to pay to unlock it.

Did I miss a step somewhere? I know this should be covered by my Premiere key.

How is the Emby Premiere Key Delivered to Me?

Hi there!
I copied and pasted from the email into the settings page on the server. It was a long time ago, but I don't remember there being any additional steps last time.

I rebooted the server, and my Xiaomi box, but I still get the "locked" message every time I hit play.

Is there something else I can try?

What does the message on the Premiere page on the server say?  Does it say the key is valid or does it say it is invalid or missing?
