Live-TV Tags are empty

When I switch to Live-TV in the Samsung app, the lower channel groups are all empty.

it works with the web browser

Samsung firmware version:

Samsung Emby client version:

1.7.0

Emby server version:

Hi, that's really odd. It could be a defect in that Emby Samsung version I suppose.  Are you able to try installing the latest via USB?

Yes, I could test that tomorrow. I think the error only appeared since beta 4.9.0.20. It worked before.

I have now tested it and with the app version 1.8.1 it works again. However, this version has now sound interruptions and the player cannot be operated with the remote control. However, this version does not seem to be compatible with the television model.

HI, why do you think it can't be operated with the remote control? Why do you think it's not compatible?

This version sometimes blocks the remote control in the player. Up/down and left/right sometimes no longer work. The whole thing works very slowly. The audio stream from the channel is interrupted. All of this is not a problem with the version 1.7.0

If anything it should be faster. Can you try the 1.8.2 update that I just posted? Thanks.

with 1.8.2 the performance is much better and the audio stream works fine. Still have the the remote control issue in the player
