Content is suggested to which the user does not have access to

Hello,
I was just about to take another look at the topic of audio books for Emby.
I have created a new library with an audiobook for testing.

Some time ago, I had already created a library with a few audiobooks in it, but I withdrew access from myself (and every other user) because I only had it in there for testing and trying out.

The new audiobook in the new library was recognised correctly, but then I noticed that the audiobooks I don't have access to are also suggested at the bottom under ‘More of this’. I have tested it with other users and it is the same. They don't have access to the library for audiobooks, but they are still suggested under ‘More of this’ and are therefore visible to the user. It doesn't even matter if an audio book has a tag that is also blocked for a user. The audiobook is still suggested and displayed.

This is not good at all.

I don't think this also applies to films and series, but I would like to ask you to check this again.

What server version?

Are saying you have multiple Audiobooks libraries?

Will have to test multiple libraries but suspect issues similar to having multiple music libraries.

@Lukeonly tested in 4.8.7.0 but this is reproducible with multiple libraries.

But changing to 2 folder one library still get the same results as suggestions are not restricted for this content type.  And actually show restricted Music also but not playable.

It is version 4.8.7.0

Yes it is not playable but still. If no access to a library (no matter what content) is granted, nothing from this library should be suggested or found/displayed in any other way.

Yes as all the issues are arising individually due to changes in 4.8 and each one will be address when identified.

Now it is identifying every scenario again.

Ah, the problems have just recently been introduced. Then I'm glad to have helped with the identification :)
