Hallo zusammen,

 

Ich habe seit längerem das Problem, dass mir Inhalte eines Ordners nicht angezeigt werden.

 

Ich betreibe Emby als VM und habe mittlerweile die aktuelle Beta installiert. Das Problem tritt aber in allen Versionen auf.

Emby greift über das Netzwerke auf eine Samba-Freigabe zu, Rechte an den Dateien bestehen. Die Dateien werden auch mit ffmpeg gescannt (auch die, die nicht angezeigt werden).

 

Ansicht:

Klicke ich in "Filme", so wird mir dort nichts angezeigt.

Der Serienordner wird normal angezeigt:

Der Doku-Ordner wird als Serie angezeigt, was nicht der Ordnerstruktur entspricht und auch nicht gewollt ist:

Es gibt in der Freigabe mehr als 32880 Dateien.

 

Was läuft da falsch?

Hast du auch Einträge bei den Filmen bzw. Serien?

Die Verzeichnisansicht ist meines Wissens nach kein Live-Dateibrowser, sondern listet nur deine Filmeinträge in der Ordnerstruktur.

Bei Serien habe ich die normale Ordnerstruktur, wie ich es haben will.

 

Bei den anderen funktioniert das nicht, bzw. bei Filme wird überhaupt nichts angezeigt.

 

Ich fürchte, dass entweder ein Ordner zu groß/komplex ist oder irgendwo Sonderzeichen im Dateinamen sind.

28872

In den Logs finde ich nichts.

Ich kenne leider deine Ordnerstruktur nicht, aber Emby möchte pro Serie bzw. Film einen Ordner. https://emby.media/support/articles/Movie-Naming.html
Falls du mehrere Filme in einem Ordner hast, wird nur einer importiert.

EDIT: Was die Dokus angeht: kommt auch drauf an, was für eine Art von Bibliothek du angelegt hast. Sei am besten spezifisch, also Film wenn es Film ist. Gemischter Inhalt führt meist zu Verwirrung.

So, habe nun was gefunden. Ich habe gestern die gleiche Freigabe zusätzlich eingetragen, ohne dass Bilder von den Dateien eingelesen werden. Zwischendurch war auch der Filme-Ordner vorhanden.

 

Leider hat Emby die Filme ab 00:25 wieder gelöscht:

Das macht er aber nur bei /Filme/ nicht bei den anderen. Ab 00:25 werden alle Filme aus /Video-Aktuell/Filme/ und die Unterordner gelöscht. Physisch sind alle noch vorhanden.

 

Die Ordnerstruktur selbst ist einfach, Beispiel (nur Ordner):

Ich habe bei mir auch mal ein paar Filme in einen Sammelordner geschmissen, und Emby kommt damit klar.

Dass die Filme nach erfolgreichem Scan wieder entfernt werden, ist seltsam. Hast du vielleicht bei der Bibliothek die Echtzeit-Überwachung an? Vielleicht war die Verbindung kurz weg und die Filme wurden deshalb entfernt? Würde ich generell ausmachen, da Emby bei größeren Änderungen sehr träge werden kann.

Das war bisher immer so, dass die Filme wieder weg sind.

 

Echtzeit-Überwachung ist aus. Ich habe diesmal auf die Thumbnail-Erstellung verzichtet, dann gehts in ein paar Stunden durch.

 

Ich habe auch keinen Job gefunden, der um 00:25 Uhr startet.

Ich habe den Eindruck, er kommt mit der Datei-Anzahl nicht klar. Mittlerweile sind es 32.800 Stück.

Hat jemand mehr als 30.000 Dateien auf einer Freigabe?

What libraries have you setup and what paths have you used for each library?

Will need to see a server log after a library scan also.

 But will guess a issue using smb paths.

Kannst du vielleicht das komplette Log hochladen?

Am besten machst du einen Neustart, aktivierst unter Protokoll - Einstellungen die Debug-Protokollierung bis zum nächsten Neustart und lässt noch mal den Scan durchlaufen. 
Kapitel-Thumbs gerne ausmachen, wie du es ja schon hast.

Something looks way wrong with the Library setting unless you have uninstalled all providers.

But honestly may be permissions issue on the subfolders/items.

What platform is the server on?

What platform is the media on?

Hi, what do you mean by just one path? I thought you said you had three libraries? Movies, tv shows and documentaries, right?

What folder paths are added to each library?

Looks like Mixed Content library pointing to "/Video-Aktuell" as the image shows folder view but has Movies, Shows and AlbumArtist tabs.

But honestly sounds like permissions issues if some folders are working and others are not.

Rechte sind alle ok, da gibts nix. Die Ordner werden auch eingelesen, die Medien-Dateien indiziert und später, wieso auch immer, gelöscht.

Das ganze hat bis zu einem bestimmten Update funktioniert, bis ich merkte, dass die Filme weg waren (vielleicht war er dann auch erst mit dem indizieren fertig. Mit Bilder-auslesen dauert es Tage).

Ich habe nun die Freigabe neu eingebunden:

Der Filme-Ordner ist aktuell sichtbar und hat Inhalte:

Für gewöhnlich ist der Filme-Ordner dann morgen wieder leer.

just the one, but it appears only certain folders content is removed.

Moin.

 

Scheinbar ist das Problem durch das Update auf emby-server-deb_4.9.0.22_amd64.deb behoben. Es hatte danach ein paar Tage gedauert, bis die Filme da waren.

Der Fix kam zwischen 4.9.0.16 und 4.9.0.22.
