virtualTvExample platform stopped working.

@LukeI was using the TV platform in "virtualTvExample" and it stopped working today. The log is attached below.  The EPG populates OK but clicked shows do not play. I get the error message: 

"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. (Parameter 'index')"

It was working great an hour ago. I hope you can tell me why it stopped working.
