😟Welcome.  I have a question .  I activated the program.  I encountered a problem with an iPhone program or application that did not work.  Also, the program through the browser does not work.  Know the verb to copy paid, what is the cause of the problem

I am usually very good about understanding questions even those presented by people whose native language is not English. But this question seems to really have no root language. If you are an English speaker rephrase your question. If you are not then try and post in your native language. If you are unsure about there being people here that understand your language then post in your native language with a translation in the same post.

The odds are good that someone here will understand your language. I, for one, am usably fluent in English, German, Japanese, French and Spanish(more Mexican Spanish than European Spanish).  

If I am wrong that English is not you native language then I am sorry for the wrong guess.

Yes, I have put movies or channels that work properly on Android devices, but they do not work on iPhone devices. Or via smart screens that only support a browser.

My brother, how can I give you information about a problem? You can try the problem on iPhone devices. Make sure there is a problem first.  I am currently unable to send you a video to fix a problem.  I would like to find a way to send you a video explaining the problem

Look at the link you were just given.  A key part of reporting is to provide the log from the server.

Remember that many, many people are using these programs without a problem, so it is necessary to look at details, like the logs, to find what is causing the failure in your specific case.
