Unable to Download Subtitles

I'm encountering an issue with my Emby server where I can't seem to download any subtitles for any movie. Using the three dots on the Emby interface to search for subtitles, I get no results. There might be a straightforward solution, but I haven't been able to figure it out.

Have you updated from using opensubtitles.org to opensubtitles.com?

But OP is getting "TooManyRequests" like lots of other users.  Personally don't get this error though but really only test with search.

If user has not already switched would they get that error?
