How can I get the CoverArt plug-in for the ROKU to do the same on the ROKU as it does on Android TV ?

Hi, we’ll have to check our notes but I believe we have this explicitly disabled on Roku due to its tendency to cause app crashes.

 The cover art treated images produce output of larger byte sizes and the Roku devices tend to have trouble with that.

I'm testing out the ONN 4K PRO and noticed the difference between the two.

CoverArt should be fully supported.  So this item doesn't have a logo, correct?

This may be an issue in the app when it is falling back to a poster because there is no logo.

There is no option for that in the Roku app but, if the item doesn't have a logo, then it will fall back to the poster.

If you mean Emby locking it down, we are just doing what is necessary to avoid app crashes. Roku devices are extremely underpowered compared to Android TV devices or Apple TV.

yeah..all my family and freinds didn't have Roku tv, roku sticks or Roku ultra it would be no issies
