I have two Synology NAS at two different addresses, I have configured DDNS for WAN access

And I would like to use a DDNS to whitelist my dynamic ip

Is this about NAS-to-NAS connections or are you trying to automate updating the whitelist in Emby for the remote dynamic IP? If it's for Emby then I think the call to update the value might be available in the API under ConfigurationService. You'd have to work out the details of monitoring DDNS for the IP change and the call to change it in Emby. An alternative would be a point-to-point tunnel since you would only be able to use Emby from the one location.
